Consigner Agreement Form

CRANE CLOTHING COMPANY CONSIGNER AGREEMENT
Please review our drop off procedures. We will process your items and enter all acceptable items into our system. Once complete, we will email you an inventory sheet of your accepted items. If you choose to pick up your "No Thank You" items, we will include information regarding their pickup.
WHAT WE ACCEPT
Crane Clothing Company accepts better Mall Brand, Boutique, & Designer clothing, shoes and accessories in all sizes from preemie to plus size. We accept clothing seasonally.
"NO THANK YOU" ITEMS
Crane Clothing Company may not be able to take every item you bring in. We call any unaccepted item a "No Thank You" or "NTY" item. If you choose to pick up your "NTY" items, you will have 10 days from the date we contact you. Any items not picked up by the deadline become the property of Crane Clothing Company and are subject to donation.
 
PRICING & MARKDOWNS
All pricing is set by Crane Clothing Company based off market value and/or current sold prices on major resale sites. Crane Clothing Company reserves the right to have markdowns and/or sales that may be applied to your items. 
 
PAYOUTS
If you chose to do 40% cash consignment you will pick up your cash in store. If you would rather be sent your money via paypal you will be charged a $5 processing fee.
 
 
  • Batteries may be added to items as needed for a deduction of $2 per battery.
Your items will be left in the store for 30 - 60 days and then we will rotate things out again! We will contact you for your pickup. Must pick up within 10 days or these items will become Crane Clothing Company possession. We can do whatever we want with your items at this point.
 
ACCEPTANCE
I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT.
I also understand that Crane Clothing Company is NOT responsible for damage or loss of contracted items due to fire, theft,vandalism, or natural disaster. I confirm that I am the owner of all the goods placed on consignment and that they are free and clear of any liens or any other claims. I am at least 18 years of age.
