Drop Off Procedures
BEFORE YOU DROP OFF ANYTHING YOU WILL TO TEXT 662-660-4270 TO SET UP AN APPROPRIATE TIME AND MAKE SURE THAT WE HAVE AVAILABILITY.
Clean out your closets!
Sort your awesome items you can no longer use.
Fill up a laundry basket or a small plastic tote.
We will NOT accept garbage bags.
We accept no more than 20 items per person per week
Check for stains, rips & excessive wear.
Match up outfits.
No Smoking Homes only!
You drop your items off and we will process them and get them ready to hit the floor. This takes 48 hours to 2 weeks.
You may bring items that are not acceptable, and these items will need to be picked back up. You have 10 days to pickup or these items will belong to Crane Clothing Company. We can do what we want with them at this point which may include donating.
We will send you an inventory sheet to sign off on that has everything that we can put out on the floor along with items pricing. You must approve this sheet before we put them out on the floor.
STORE CREDIT CONSIGNMENT - 50%
50% OF SALES PRICE IS CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT AS ITEMS SELL. MAY ONLY BE USED AS STORE CREDIT AND NEVER CASHED OUT.
CASH CONSIGNMENT - 40%
40% OF SALES PRICE IS CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT AS ITEMS SELL. YOU CAN CASH OUT ON YOUR PICK UP DAY.
Once you pick store credit or cash consignment option it can not be changed until your next drop off.
Your items will be left in the store for 30 - 60 days and then we will rotate things out again! We will contact you for your pickup. Must pick up within 10 days or these items will become Crane Clothing Company possession.
