Swimming in the Hurt

Hey y'all! 

Just wanted to stop in and say thank you all for supporting my small business! I couldn't make it without all of you! 

I like to check in every once in a while.

Honestly, I have been swimming in hurt recently.

or, maybe more like drowning. 

It is so hard to overcome betrayal.

I can be doing good, and all of a sudden, I see something that triggers old memories. In those moments, I start swimming in the pain. I miss my old life at times.

( If you don't know what has happened to me this year, go back and read my old post... My life was kind of turned upside down this year. )

I am learning with some help how to get back up on my feet and learning to love myself again. My self-esteem hit an all-time low this year. 

My little boy loves to watch the movie Nemo. I smile every time we watch it because it is a reminder to just KEEP SWIMMING! 

Don't stop! 

When you stop swimming is when you will sink and die.

God is greater than the lows of this life. He is still good even when life is not. He still sees you even when you feel like you are hidden. 

Stand tall today sisters.
